Natalie Conti
CEO Malawi
Natalie has a wide variety of career experience spanning client management and a career in international primary education in Malawi. She has worked consistently to improve educational outcomes for young Malawian children and has been with CharChar since 2016. She has successfully straddled the international and Malawi government primary sector to design a literacy programme suitable for the challenging context of government primary schools. She inspires and motivates the CharChar team while managing in an economy beset with crises from extreme climate change events, political unrest and overnight policy change.
